KETO and LOW-CARB RECIPES our favorites Cauliflower PizzaOur favorite recipe by far is this cauliflower spinach pizza. Only 4 net carbs per serving!!! The Crust:2 cups of riced cauliflower1 large egg1 cup of Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Shredded) Toppings: 6 oz of Rao’s Pizza Sauce1/4 cup red onion or 1/2 tsp of onion powder for lower carbs2 cloves of garlic1 oz black olives2 oz Quattro Formaggio cheese1/2 cup of fresh spinach1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes Preheat oven to 400ºFShred cauliflower in the food processor or use a grater to shred manually.Place cauliflower in a skillet for 10 minutes to remove all the moisture. Make sure it is dry. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.In a large bowl, mix egg and Parmesan cheese then add cauliflower to mixture. Use your hands to press dough to form crust onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Bake dough for 20-25 minutes until dry and golden. Remove from to prepare for toppings.Spread the pizza sauce across the dough and add, onion, garlic, spinach and olives to the crust. Top with cheese and basil. Return the pizza to the oven. Bake 400ºF for an additional 10 minutes.Slice into 8 pieces. Enjoy!Serves 8.
